Prior to the event, he touched base with us a few times to ensure he understood our vision for the reception and shared his expertise where he thought was needed without overstepping, which we really appreciated as we had very little to no knowledge. Day of the event, he was punctual and set up really quickly, sound quality was amazing. We were running late so the schedule got pushed back and Cliff made it a point to check in with me whenever he had a question. Overall, we are very pleased with the service he provided. He was very professional and extremely friendly. We received multiple compliments throughout the night that we had great music selection.
